Order processing: 1–2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day.
U.S. duties & taxes: Orders shipped within the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — the price you pay at checkout is final, with no additional duties on delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Once dispatched, you can follow your parcel from the tracking link in your shipping email, or from our Track My Order page.
Delays
Estimated delivery windows are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Peak holiday volume, weather, and customs inspections can occasionally add time. If your order seems delayed beyond the window above, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly; if a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll arrange re-shipment at cost.
