2. Products & Pricing

We list prices in U.S. dollars and make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, imagery and pricing. Fabric prints and colors may vary slightly from screen to product. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers. A contract forms only when we send a shipping confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. See our Payment & Security page for details.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, prints, images, text and the Bowdoir name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
