Compare a similar item that fits comfortably with the flat measurements: approximately 39 × 31 cm for S and 47 × 37 cm for Plus Size. These are garment height and width, not head circumference. Check measurements rather than age alone.

The front panel is integrated into the design and can be positioned higher or lower for the different wearing options. A separate mask is not included.
